REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT
a) All products purchased from enorasioptics.com can be returned for replacement/exchange with a larger or smaller size or change/replacement in product selection, are subject to stock availability. Please note that no change is made to products that have undergone processing, logo embroidery or printing. In case of return, the customer will be charged with the return and shipping costs (which are estimated according to the size of the package). In any case, the customer can contact the store by phone or e-mail to arrange the shipping process, having the right to choose a different product of equal or greater value.
b) The returned products must be in their original packaging. If for any reason the outer packaging bag is lost, you must use another bag of your choice, so that the inner packaging is adequately protected.
c) The returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that the customer received upon receipt. The new product chosen by the customer for the change will be sent after receiving the original one and if the store checks that the above conditions are met. Please note that the product must be in its original condition (not used or damaged).
d) Changes will be accepted only when the customer informs the store within 14 days after the receiving of the product.
